Regarding the position
Our Implementation team is essential to the smooth onboarding of new clients; they collaborate across departments (Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to comprehend and record client use cases and requirements, which they then translate into the 360Learning platform's setup and configuration.
From sales turnover and kickoff to handover to support, you will oversee every stage of the implementation lifecycle. In order to guarantee the effective deployment of their platform, you will oversee project management, establish the architecture of the 360Learning platform for our clients, support integrations (flat files, APIs), and aid and guide third-party apps.
Within a month, you will:
. Complete our onboarding process and become an expert in Trello
. Learn about our product line through instruction.
. Learn our platform and become proficient in using ticketing to assist clients with simple inquiries.
Within 3 months, you will:
. You will begin onboarding your own new clients in three months.
. Oversee project management to guarantee a successful platform deployment from the kick-off meeting through frequent touchpoints and support transfer.
. Conduct technical and functional workshops with customers to assist them with platform customization and organization.
Within 6 months, you will:
. You will successfully oversee the 360Learning platform's rollout for new clients within six months.
. effectively integrate third-party products and SSO, provide technical know-how for integrating their learning platform into their technological environment, and assist with debugging
. Capable of presenting the 360Learning platform's benefits
. Create scalable and repeatable procedures that enhance project delivery and quality.
Within 12 months, you will:
. You will onboard an additional Solution Deployment Manager within a year.
. Share best practices and lessons learned by adding to our knowledge base.
. Collaborate with our partner ecosystem to improve the services we offer to our customers.
The Set of Skills
. Preferably in a customer-facing position, at least four years of professional consulting experience is required (technical consultant, technical account manager, technical project manager, implementation project manager, or pre-sales consultant).
. Prior SaaS product implementation experience, preferably in the HR domain
. Proficiency in project management
. Knowledge of and expertise with SSO configuration, troubleshooting, and APIs
. Putting the needs of your clients first and finding solutions in all you do
. Flexibility in handling a discussion with highly technical stakeholders, the capacity to adjust to your audience, and the ability to simplify difficult concepts for less technical stakeholders
. logical, analytical, well-organized, and capable of managing priorities across several client implementations
. Excellent English proficiency (level B2) and native German
. A bachelor's degree or its equivalent
